The following activities are strictly prohibited on 3r777 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and notification to relevant authorities where applicable:
Zero tolerance: Any confirmed case of fraud, collusion, or bonus abuse will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds in the account without appeal.
3r777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at any time if there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or any conduct that poses a risk to the platform or to other players.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the account holder will be notified and given a reasonable opportunity to provide clarification or documentation. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds returned. If a breach is confirmed, the account may be permanently closed and associated balances may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.
Players may also request the closure of their own account at any time. Accounts closed at a player's request for responsible gaming reasons will be subject to the self-exclusion terms set out in Section 11. Balances remaining in a closed account at the time of closure will be settled according to the applicable withdrawal terms unless forfeiture conditions apply.
